Sustainability

As a small business, Sustainability is very important to us. We have put a lot of effort into recycling and compost options, and encourage you to do what you can to reduce the amount of trash put into our environment. Above our trash bins in the cafe, we have a guide as to what goes where, and we actually had trouble finding items to put in the trash! Most everything that we hand you, and even most of the stuff we use in the back is either compostable or recyclable.  So please, when you are in the Cafe, refer to our "Trash Chart", which tells you exactly where what goes.
